The California Voter’s Choice Act (VCA) provides greater flexibility and convenience to voters by mailing every eligible voter a ballot, expanding in-person early voting, and allowing voters to cast a ballot at any Vote Center in Ventura County. The VCA also provides for enhanced security measures, transparency and accountability.
