Many Mansionsis a non-profit organization that provides service-enriched affordable housing to low-income residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, with a special focus on those of very low-income, who are formerly homeless, seniors, veterans, or disabled. Many Mansions provides over 600 units of affordable housing serving approximately 1300 adults and 300 children, offers on-site services including job training, case management, homework tutoring and more.

Rick Schroeder has led Many Mansions since July 2002 and is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of California and Minnesota.
