Our 50th Community Forum!
On January 08, we presented our first Community Forum of 2011.
Community Forum co-chairperson, Pamela Lopez began the evening, our 50th event since beginning our programs in 2008, by introducing members of our Planning Committee who were warmly welcomed by the capacity crowd.
The program that followed was one of the highlights of our series. Scott Carter performed his theatrical work-in-progress “The Gospel According to Thomas Jefferson, Charles Dickens and Count Leo Tolstoy”.
Mr. Carter kept us enthralled with his funny, thoughtful and entertaining presentation, which was followed by a reception in Fellowship Hall.
A big thank you to Mr. Carter and to all of you who have attended our 50 events. We look forward to seeing you at our 100th.
